Great fabric store with a really impressive selection. Definitely better than Fabricland in terms of variety and overall experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. Always a pleasure shopping here!

Wonderful fabric store with excellent service. Marg was incredibly patient and helpful. I’m making Indigenous regalia, which can be quite complex, and I was treated with such care and respect. I truly appreciated the time she took with me and all of her thoughtful suggestions.
There is a great selection of fabrics, notions, and other products as well. I highly recommend Marshall’s Fabrics and will definitely be back.

Love going and it’s always stocked up. The staff is very friendly and helpful from what I’ve experienced, I’ve been going 1-2 times every week since August and have yet to have a negative experience. I’ve made SO many pieces in the last 6 months, I get majority of my materials from Marshall Fabrics.

Love going to this store! The inventory is huge! Since they moved things around the quilting cotton section has become a favourite of mine. Prices are reasonable and I really appreciate not needing a membership to shop. Will continue shopping here and recommending to all my friends.

Phenomenal customer service - Saira and Marg are so very friendly. I have been here a few times and every time, they have had everything I needed. It's a crafters dream location! Very beginner friendly too - I knew nothing coming in and they were so very helpful.
Embroidery supplies, sewing fabrics and threads of all colors, ribbon, lace, felt... Whatever you need, they have it.
Somewhat short on staff sometimes as it can be hard to find help. But when we do get help, it is A+.

DO NOT shop here! I purchased .75 metre of $31.99/ metre corduroy fabric yesterday. I found a hole in the centre of the material during ironing , after washing it.
I went back to the store to get a replacement piece of material and was told since it was washed (and therefore not sellable), they could only offer me a 20% discount. No option to replace the defective material at all.
The manager wouldn’t even take the time to come to the till to deal with me. Instead, two different associates relayed information after consulting with the manager. I expressed my extreme disappointment and frustration, and asked that it be passed along.
How disappointing, Marshall Fabrics - selling poor quality/defective products and not standing behind them! All I want, as a customer, is for what I purchased to be in good and usable condition.
I had no choice but to accept my $5.00 “defective discount”, and will NEVER step foot in this store again! I hope it was worth losing a customer.
